Our 72-bed Unit is equipped with all necessary safety and medical equipment to perform investigations in various therapeutic areas such as:

- Interaction studies (drug-drug and food-drug)
- Bridging studies
- Special population studies (post menopausal women, elderly, insomniacs, poor metabolizers, obese)

Safety is ensured by a highly trained staff of physicians and nurses (emergency physicians on site round the clock) and by state-of-the-art equipment (digitalised ECG, 12-lead Holter ECG, 6 crash carts, continuous blood pressure monitoring…..)

Our unique technological platform, with pharmacodynamic assessments, such as wake and sleep EEG, ERPs, MEG and MRI allow to conduct successfully Central Nervous System POC and human model studies: e.g anxiety (CCK challenge), depression (tryptophane depletion), cognitive impairment (scopolamine model), schizophrenia (ketamine model, apomorphine challenge).
